Qihao Shi is a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Technology and a postdoctoral fellow from Zhejiang University. He is currently a Distinguished Associate Research Fellow at the School of Computing, Hangzhou City University. He has been long engaged in research on social influence propagation, graph propagation algorithms, and game theory. He has published over ten papers in relevant top international conferences such as ICDE, AAAI, WWW, CIKM, and ICDM, as well as high-level SCI journals including KBS, ESWA, and Neurocomputing. He also serves as a long-term reviewer for international conferences and journals such as AAAI, KDD, TNNLS, and TKDE. He has led and participated in multiple national, provincial, and ministerial-level projects, as well as enterprise and government informatization projects. Notably, as the project leader, he is in charge of the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Project, titled “Research on Social Influence Propagation Models and Algorithms Based on Multi-User and Multi-Mode.” As a core member, he participated in the project “Key Technologies and Applications for Transaction Risk Prevention and Control Based on Massive High-Dimensional Heterogeneous Electronic Payment Data,” which received the First Prize of Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Award in 2018. He is also involved in the ongoing National Key R&D Program project “Fundamental Theories of Human-in-the-Loop Hybrid-Augmented Intelligence for Large Power Grid Control.”
